INFORMATION FOR USERS AGES 13–17

YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OLD. FOR USERS AGES 13–17, WHO ARE EXPLORING WORK OPPORTUNITIES (AS ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAWS), THERE ARE THERE ARE SPECIAL RULES AND PROTECTIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATION AND SERVICES. PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY WITH YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN.

This Information for Users Ages 13–17 (“Minor User Guidelines”) is provided as a supplement to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy of Circle Global, Inc. (the “Company”). These Guidelines apply to users in the United States and may vary by jurisdiction depending on local labor and data protection laws. In the event of any inconsistency, the User Agreement and Privacy Policy (found at www.circlejobs.com and www.circle.net) control.

1. Eligibility, Parental Consent, and Supervision.

You may not use the Application if you are under 13 years old. If you are between ages 13 and 17, you may only use the Application with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By permitting your use, your parent/guardian expressly agrees to be bound by the Company’s User Agreement and Privacy Policy on your behalf.

2. Profile Visibility and Job Applications.

Candidate profiles for users ages 13–17 are not exposed, displayed, or suggested to Employers in searches, recommendations, candidate lists, or “Top Match” features. Your profile will only be visible if you affirmatively apply to a specific job, including through AI Apply or Mass AI Apply (automated application at scale). Once transmitted, Employers may retain your application materials in their systems. The Company cannot withdraw, delete, or alter information already transferred.

3. AI Features and Disclaimers. (full information available at Terms of Service)

Circle’s automated tools may assist with:

  • Generating resumes and application materials.
  • Completing job applications and answering employer questionnaires.
  • Submitting applications, including through automated use of AI Apply at scale, whereby multiple job applications may be generated and submitted simultaneously or in rapid succession across different Employers or postings (“Mass Apply”)
  • Responding to employer follow-up requests or questions.

While Circle strives to represent your information accurately, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete answers. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information submitted. Company disclaims liability for missed updates, delayed responses, failures to transmit, or other issues that are beyond what is reasonably within its control.

Company does not guarantee that you are legally eligible to work in any role. If you are under 18, certain jobs may be restricted under applicable child labor laws. Company does not make hiring decisions. All employment decisions rest solely with Employers.

4. Sensitive Information.

Some Employers may request information such as race/ethnicity, gender, disability or veteran status, character or personality assessments, or eligibility for government hiring incentives (e.g., WOTC, SNAP, TANF, conviction history). This sensitive information:

  • Is never displayed publicly or used in search, suggestions, or recommendations.
  • Is encrypted in transit and at rest and cannot be accessed in human-readable form by Circle.
  • Will only be transmitted to an Employer if you affirmatively apply to that Employer’s job.

5. Legal Work Restrictions.

Federal and state labor laws may limit the jobs or work hours available to users under 18. You and your parent/guardian are responsible for ensuring you apply only to jobs you are legally permitted to perform.

6. Parent/Guardian Rights.

Parents and guardians of users ages 13–17 have the right to:

  • Review their child’s personal information.
  • Correct or update their child’s information.
  • Request deletion of their child’s account and data.

Parents/guardians may exercise these rights by using the Deactivate Account function in the Application (Privacy & Settings > Additional Settings) or by contacting us at support@circle.net.

7. Privacy Commitments.

Circle does not sell, trade, or use the personal information of minor users for targeted advertising or marketing. Sensitive information will never be used by Circle for profiling, advertising, or recommendations. Circle applies strict technical and organizational safeguards to protect all minor user data.
